We had the great oportunity to interview a Romanian artist specialized in graphite ( Crayon ) , she lives in Norwich, Great Britain. She draws hyper-realistic of the human body and classic objects. She has a massive collection of crayon drawings and pictures. Let`s see how she sees it.

1) Before we start the interview I would like to thank you for this
opportunity. Please tell me when and how you got interested in
illustration and art?
There was always a latent interest, but I only discovered this is what I wanted to do 5 years ago.

2) What inspires you? What artists and illustrators do you admire?
I’m inspired by my own life, everyday objects, little glimpses of utterly drawable things I might see on the street, images just popping in my head without rhyme or reason…
I admire a lot of artists, but I try to steer away from emulating anyone’s style, as much as I may love their work.

3) How did you discover your style ?
I am quite sure it discovered me.

4) What was your greatest project ? The one you loved the most to work on ?
I don’t have any children yet (well, one on the way and a doggy, not sure if that counts) – but I imagine it would be like asking me to choose between them.

5) Name some websites you browse every day.
I have to be honest, I’m afraid they’d all revolve around shoes and clothes!

6) What are your hopes and dreams?
To never stop improving and never stop enjoying myself. And to move to Rome – tomorrow, if possible!
